What is the difference between A, B and C format paperback books?

How many books do you get on a pallet?
It varies from one type of book to another. For a pallet of paper back books you get 1000 books. For a pallet of Cookery and Gardening books you would only get 500 as they are much larger books. To see how big our pallets are click here.

Do you guarantee you will deliver high quality books?
We offer you a 14 Day No Quibble Money Back Guarantee. So if you are not entirely satisfied with your consignment or you simply change your mind, then phone 01245 262 858 for a returns code.

You must send back the entire consignment. All returns are checked. Returns sent back without a returns code will be refunded minus £30. So always phone us before you return to ensure you get your full refund.

Every returned consignment is checked to make sure that everything we shipped to you has been returned before a credit is issued.

Are your books damaged stock?
No. All our stock is of the highest quality. We dispose of any books that do not meet our high standards.

Why do you not list individual titles?
We do not list individual titles because our stock turnover is far to rapid to give you details of exact titles.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 14 days and often much sooner.

What qualifies me for wholesale buying?
Anybody can purchase off this site, but there are minimum orders which vary from subject to subject.

Do you accept International orders?
Yes, but you need to phone before you order to find out what the shipping will cost. 01245 262 858.

I do not want to purchase over the Internet. Can I pay by cheque?
Yes we only except order by cheque. Please add your chosen items to cart and then click checkout here you will be able to print out the shopping cart display page and you then post this to us along with a cheque to:

How do I pay for my order?
You can pay by cheque by simply clicking the check out button underneath the shopping cart which exists on the left hand side on most pages on this site.

This will take you to an online form and instructions on how to order by post.

Can you break-up my order and drop ship it to different customers?
No. As a wholesale company dedicated to providing quality at low prices, extra handling would increase our charges to an unacceptable level.

What is the difference between A, B and C format paperback books?
A, B and C format paper backs are 3 different sizes. A format is the most common size paper backs and the most popular to see in book shops. A format is that is, 110mm wide x 178mm high.
